After-school Programs; Deleting a legislative intent provision regarding certain not-for-profit organizations and background screening for such organizations; revising the term “specified agency” to include certain divisions within the Department of Education; requiring child care personnel of the not-for-profit organizations or municipal governments to meet certain background screening requirements, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
