Homeowners’ Associations; Specifying requirements for revising or amending a homeowners’ association declaration; providing that nonmaterial errors or omissions do not invalidate a properly adopted amendment; providing that an amendment to a recorded governing document is effective when recorded; providing that an amendment restricting a parcel owner’s ability to rent his or her property applies only to certain parcel owners, etc.
