Medical Use of Marijuana; Providing an exemption from the state tax on sales, use, and other transactions for marijuana and marijuana delivery devices used for medical purposes; providing requirements for designating a qualified physician or medical director; requiring the Department of Health to issue licenses to a certain number of medical marijuana treatment centers; requiring the department to establish, maintain, and control a computer seed-to-sale marijuana tracking system; establishing the Coalition for Medical Marijuana Research and Education within the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, Inc., etc. APPROPRIATION: $23,893,440
