Comprehensive Case Information System; Requiring that the Comprehensive Case Information System be developed, operated, and maintained by the Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers, Inc., as agent of the clerks of the circuit court; authorizing the association to transfer ownership and operation of the system to an intergovernmental authority created by the clerks of the circuit court pursuant to a specified act, etc.
