GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Bracy
Child Support; Citing this act as the "Florida Responsible Parent Act"; providing additional circumstances under which an obligor who fails to pay child support may avoid suspension of his or her driver license and motor vehicle registration, etc.
