Insurance; Providing an exception from valuation rules for stocks in subsidiaries for certain foreign insurers under certain conditions; revising requirements for rules adopted by the Department of Financial Services and the Financial Services Commission relating to the privacy of certain consumer information; revising the definition of the term "specialty insurer" to include viatical settlement providers, etc.
