GENERAL BILL by Broxson
Home Warranties; Prohibiting home warranties from excluding coverage solely because of the presence of rust or corrosion, except under certain circumstances; specifying coverage requirements, under certain circumstances, for home warranties providing coverage on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, etc.
