Malt Beverages; Prohibits consignment sales of malt beverages; authorizes bona fide returns; authorizes distributors to accept returns; provides requirements for returns, exchanges, & recordkeeping; provides penalties; specifies authorized returns are not gifts, loans, or other prohibited forms of financial aid or assistance.
