HB 1223: Postsecondary Grant Programs
GENERAL BILL by Hogan Johnson
Postsecondary Grant Programs; Provides that, beginning with specified term, certain students are eligible to receive grants for summer term enrollment; provides that certain students are eligible to receive certain amount of additional funds per academic year for use in fall, spring, or summer term, or equivalent, for textbooks & educational expenses.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law
