Crime Stoppers Programs; Provides for reallocation of unencumbered funds returned to Crime Stoppers Trust Fund; specifies permissible uses for funds awarded to counties from trust fund; provides criminal penalties for disclosure of privileged communications or protected information or information concerning them.
