Dental Services; Establishes Dental Student Loan Repayment Program to support dentists who practice in public health programs located in certain underserved areas; requires DOH to establish loan program & award funds to repay student loans; requires department to establish Donated Dental Services Program to provide comprehensive dental care to certain eligible individuals through network of volunteer dentists & other dental providers; requires department to contract with Dental Lifeline Network or its designee to implement & administer program; specifies minimum contractual responsibilities.
