Education Accountability; Requiring that an application and charter for a charter high school indicate that the school will administer the same assessment for high school graduation purposes as the local school district; revising the requirements for a standard high school diploma; deleting a provision authorizing the Commissioner of Education to establish a schedule for the development and administration of additional statewide, standardized EOC assessments; providing requirements for the implementation and reporting of results of nationally recognized high school assessments, etc.
