Relief/Descendants of Victims of the 1920 Ocoee Election Day Riots/State of Florida; Provides relief for descendants of victims of Ocoee Election Day riots of 1920; requires FDLE to conduct an investigation regarding the riots; appropriates funds to compensate direct descendants of individuals who were killed, injured, or otherwise victimized by violence at Ocoee; specifies procedures, requirements, & limitation for application & compensation; provides limitation on attorney fees; reverts unused appropriations to General Revenue Fund. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000
