Local Government Lobbyist Registration Fees; Authorizing the Commission on Ethics to establish a lobbyist registration fee by rule; specifying limitations for such fee; specifying that a registration is incomplete until the commission receives a registration fee; prohibiting governmental entities from charging fees for lobbyist or principal registration, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 766 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
