Out-of-state Fee Waiver for Nonresident Students; Requires state university to waive out-of-state fee for nonresident student who meets certain requirements; requires student or parent to provide specified documentation; requires state university to report specified information to BOG annually; requires state university to prioritize enrollment of student granted fee waiver over certain out-of-state student; limits number of fee waivers granted per academic year; provides that 2021-2022 academic year is last year for out-of-state student to be eligible for initial Benacquisto Scholarship.
