Motorcycle Specialty License Plates/Blue Angels; Directing the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to create a Blue Angels motorcycle specialty license plate; providing for distribution and use of annual use fees received from the sale of the plate; providing for transfer of the plate to a replacement vehicle under certain circumstances, etc.

Effective Date: October 1, 2022, but only if SB 1330 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
