Emergency Preparedness and Response Fund; Authorizes LBC to convene to transfer or appropriate certain funds to Emergency Preparedness and Response Fund; authorizes Governor to transfer & expend moneys from Emergency Preparedness & Response Fund; authorizes Governor to request that additional funds be transferred or appropriated to Emergency Preparedness & Response Fund, subject to approval by LBC, under specified conditions; provides transfer of funds.
Effective Date: on the same date that HB 7023 or similar legislation takes effect
