Homestead Property Tax Assessment Limitations and Tax Exemptions for Certain Low-income Elderly Persons; Authorizes Legislature, by general law, to prohibit increases in assessed value of homestead property owned by low-income senior & allow counties or municipalities to grant exemption equal to assessed value of homestead property owned by low-income, long-term resident senior; & provides for homestead exemption equal to assessed value of property if just value of property is less than certain amount & legal or equitable title to property is held by low-income, long-term resident senior, & provides for annual adjustment of just value threshold.
