Vessels; Authorizing counties and municipalities to establish slow speed, minimum wake boating-restricted areas within a specified distance from certain sewage pumpout facilities at public or private nonresidential marinas within certain portions of the Florida Intracoastal Waterway; removing a provision authorizing local governments to require permitting for certain floating vessel platforms; revising conditions under which local governments may require one-time registrations of floating vessel platforms, etc.
