Ad Valorem Tax Exemptions; Revising conditions under which certain aircraft-related operations are deemed to serve a governmental, municipal, or public purpose or function for purposes of ch. 196, F.S.; adding circumstances under which property used exclusively for educational purposes is deemed owned by an educational institution; deleting a requirement for the property appraiser relating to applications for an exemption for leasehold interests in government property, etc.
