GENERAL BILL by Rizo ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Garcia

Pari-mutuel Permitholders; Removes requirement that certain permitholders show that their permits have not been disapproved or recalled at later election when submitting subsequent annual applications to Florida Gaming Control Commission; authorizes certain greyhound dogracing permitholders to relocate; specifies areas to which permitholder may not relocate; provides that certain pari-mutuel facilities are not subject to municipal restrictions on establishment of such facilities; requires that slot machine gaming area of relocated pari-mutuel facility be at location for which relocation was approved; provides that pari-mutuel facilities that relocated in accordance with act are not subject to municipal restrictions on establishment of cardrooms.
