Advanced Wastewater Treatment; Requires DEP, in consultation with water management districts & sewage disposal facilities, to submit to Governor & Legislature reports on permitted sewage disposal facilities in state, priority ranking process for implementing advanced wastewater treatment upgrades at such facilities & implementation status of such upgrades.
