Department of Law Enforcement; Repeals provisions relating to Florida Violent Crime & Drug Control Council & Violent Crime Investigative Emergency & Drug Control Strategy Implementation Account, respectively; changes name of Crimes Against Children Criminal Profiling Program to Child Exploitation & Crimes Against Children Program & expands scope of program; revises membership of Domestic Security Oversight Council; revises requirements for report by Chief of Domestic Security; increases maximum that may be spent for veterinary care of retired police dogs.
