Anaphylaxis in Public Schools; Requiring each district school board to ensure that specified emergency action plans are effective at all times when certain students are on campus; requiring each district school board to ensure that school personnel and employees and contracted personnel of before-school and after-school programs at school receive certain training to allergic reactions and anaphylaxis, etc.
