GENERAL BILL by Collins
Physician Assistants; Deleting the requirement that a supervising physician notify the Department of Health of his or her intent to delegate prescriptive authority, or of any change in such delegation, to a physician assistant; revising requirements for prescriptions issued by a physician assistant; providing for the registration of a physician assistant to engage in practice without physician supervision; providing registration requirements, etc.
