Prescriptive Authority Certification for Psychologists; Requiring the Board of Psychology to certify psychologists to exercise prescriptive authority if they meet specified criteria; specifying requirements for the prescribing of drugs and controlled substances by a prescribing psychologist; requiring the board to maintain a current record of every prescribing psychologist authorized to prescribe controlled substances; requiring the Board of Psychology to establish an interim panel for a specified purpose by a specified date, etc.
