Criminal Offenses; Revising the definitions of the terms “harass,” “course of conduct,” and “cyberstalk”; providing criminal penalties for persons who willfully or maliciously harass or cyberstalk specified justice system personnel; revising the elements of an offense constituting aggravated stalking; authorizing courts to issue a warrant for a defendant’s arrest under specified circumstances, etc.
