Virtual Instruction; Provides that certain students are excluded from specified calculations relating to high-performing charter school's facility capacity; authorizes high-performing charter schools to provide part-time virtual courses to certain students; provides funding requirements for such courses; revises authorized uses of Florida Tax Credit Scholarship funds.
