Senior Management Service Class; Authorizing the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to select a specified number of managerial or policymaking positions within the judicial branch for inclusion in the Senior Management Service Class of the Florida Retirement System; requiring the Executive Director and the General Counsel of the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission to participate in the Senior Management Service Class, etc.
