Human Trafficking Training for Nursing Students; Requiring nursing education programs to include a course on human trafficking meeting specified criteria as part of their core curriculum; requiring that the course be approved by the Board of Nursing; requiring the board, in coordination with the Department of Health, to oversee implementation and enforcement of the new education requirements, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
