Artificial Intelligence Bill of Rights; Prohibiting a governmental entity from extending or renewing a contract with specified entities, beginning on a specified date; creating the “Artificial Intelligence Bill of Rights”; providing the rights of residents relating to the use of artificial intelligence; requiring companion chatbot platforms to prohibit a minor from becoming or being an account holder unless the minor’s parent or guardian consents; requiring an educational entity to provide parents with specified notice before providing a student with access to an artificial intelligence instructional tool, etc.
