GENERAL BILL by Williams
Workers' Compensation; provides that fee schedules adopted under Workers' Compensation provision are maximum fees allowed under workers' compensation managed care arrangement; specifies circumstances under which additional fee may be paid to health care provider as part of risk-sharing arrangement; revises requirements for AHCA in adopting practice parameters; prohibits agency from adopting rules that give preference to any type of organization, etc. Amends 440.13,.134.
