JOINT RESOLUTION by Dyer

Legislative & Congressional Dists.; constitutional amendment to transfer legislative authority to reapportion & redistrict the state to a commission; provides for 120 single-member House of Representative & 40 single-member Senate districts; provides standards for reapportionment & provides for review of commission's plans by Supreme Court & for reapportionment & redistricting by Supreme Court when commission fails. Repeals s. 16, Art. III; creates s. 10, Art. II.
