Limited Liability Companies; revises legislative intent re limited liability companies; provides application; revises definition; redefines term "taxable income" as applied to said companies to exclude income of certain companies; revises criteria for limited liability company names; provides for classifying certain companies or members or assignees of member of said company for certain taxation purposes, etc. Amends 220.02,.03,.13, 608.406,.471.
