CS/SB 1064: Bidders/Illegal Aliens/Nonemployment
GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Campbell
Bidders/Illegal Aliens/Nonemployment; provides that, to be "qualified bidder" re providing personal property or services, person must comply with any contract conditions prohibiting employment of persons not legally authorized for such employment; requires that invitations to bid, requests for proposal, & contracts shall contain notice specifying that contracts with contractor who knowingly employs such persons shall be subject to cancellation, etc. Amends 287.012,.057.
