GENERAL BILL by Lee

Itinerant Merchants/Invoice/Receipts; defines term "itinerant merchant"; requires that said merchant retain invoice or receipt for any merchandise intended for resale & retain for specified period following sale of merchandise; provides that failure to produce invoice or receipt upon request of law enforcement officer is prima facie evidence that merchandise is stolen; provides for confiscation of stolen merchandise until proof of purchase is provided, etc.
