GENERAL BILL by Rossin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Williams ; Latvala ; Forman
Capital Felons/Punishment; amends provision re further proceedings to determine sentence of death or life imprisonment for capital felonies; provides additional aggravating circumstances to be weighed by court; provides for aggravating circumstance that capital felony was committed when victim had injunction for protection against domestic violence or repeat violence in effect against defendant; provides applicability, etc. Amends 921.141.
