Life-prolonging Techniques; provides additional grounds for withholding or withdrawing life-prolonging techniques from patient by medical technician or paramedic; authorizes Health Dept. to adopt rules governing additional grounds for withholding or withdrawing of resuscitation or life-prolonging techniques from patient by emergency medical technician or paramedic, etc. Amends 401.45.
