Taxation of Homes for the Aged; provides that provisions re ad valorem tax exemption for nonprofit homes for aged, are severable, rather than nonseverable; provides exemption for each apartment in certain continuing care facilities occupied by person who holds continuing care contract, who makes apartment his or her permanent home & who is not eligible for homestead exemption; provides procedures & requirements; provides applicability, etc. Amends 196.1976; creates 196.1977.
