GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Grant
Notaries Public; clarifies provisions re appointment of notary public; increases amount of bond required of notary public; provides requirements for resigning notary public; provides for solemnizing rites of marriage by notary; provides criminal penalty for unlawful possession of notary public official seal or papers; requires notary public to make reasonable accommodations to provide notarial services to disabled persons, etc. Amends FS.
