FRS/Special Risk Class; includes certain correctional probation officers within Special Risk Class & specifies criteria for such inclusion; provides for inclusion of probation & parole circuit & deputy circuit administrators in said class; clarifies procedure for designating special risk membership in system; provides for retention of special risk membership for certain members transferred or reassigned to other positions, etc. Amends 121.021,.0515.
