GENERAL BILL by Rossin
Govt. Accountability Commission; expands duties of commission; provides that executive director is chief administrative officer of commission; authorizes executive director to appoint staff members & employees of commission; authorizes commission to contract for goods & services & to accept government & private resources to pay costs & to implement its program. Amends 286.30.
