GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Forman
Statewide Public Guardianship Office; extends time to review certain reports; provides legislative intent to establish said office; directs Elderly Affairs Dept. to provide certain services & support; requires submission of guardianship plan & yearly status reports to Governor, Senate President, Speaker of House of Representatives, & Supreme Court Chief Justice; provides for offices of public guardian to be subject to audits by Auditor General, etc. Amends Ch. 744, 28.241.
