CS/SB 118: Domestic Violence/Confidentiality

GENERAL BILL by Children, Families and Seniors ; Holzendorf

Domestic Violence/Confidentiality; provides for creation of Address Confidentiality Program for Victims of Domestic Violence; defines offense of falsely attesting or knowingly providing false or incorrect information in such program application, & provides penalties therefor; provides for voting by program participants in same manner as absentee voters; prohibits disclosure of addresses & certain information, except under specified circumstances, etc. Creates 741.401-.409.
