CS/SB 1244: Legal Process
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Burt
Legal Process; provides that substitute service may be made upon person in charge of sole proprietorship business at time of service, under specified circumstances; provides for service of process in action for possession of residential premises; provides for application & fee for inclusion on list of certified process servers; authorizes certain service when civil action has been filed in circuit or county court, etc. Amends Ch. 48, 55.03, 56.27,.28.
