SB 1310: False Personation
GENERAL BILL by Hargrett
False Personation; provides that obtaining property by false personation is second-degree felony; provides penalties; provides that it is unlawful to give false name or false identification to arresting officer or jail personnel; provides penalties; provides for correcting public records pertaining to person who has been adversely affected by individual's giving false name or false identification. Amends 817.02; creates 817.021.
