Mortgage Lenders (RAB); authorizes one-time transfer of ownership, control, or certain voting power of licensed mortgage lender by ultimate equitable owner under certain circumstances; provides exception for intrafamilial transfers; provides requirements; provides for denial of transfer under certain circumstances. Amends 494.0065.
