GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Discharging Firearms in Public; reclassifies from misdemeanor of first degree to felony of third degree offense of knowingly discharging firearm in any public place, on or over right-of-way of paved public road, highway, or street, or over occupied premises; provides penalties; provides enhanced penalties for habitual offenders; provides exceptions; conforms reference. Amends 790.15.
