SB 1416: Insurance
GENERAL BILL by Gutman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) McKay
Insurance; provides that full-time salaried employee of common carrier or of transportation ticket agency that rents or leases motor vehicles who holds limited insurance license may write motor vehicle liability insurance providing coverage greater than standard liability limits provided by lessor in its lease to person renting or leasing motor vehicle from licensee's employer, etc. Amends 626.112,.321, 627.410.
