Saltwater Plants & Animals; defines term "nonindigenous saltwater species"; authorizes DEP to consider protection of indigenous species when issuing special activities licenses or aquaculture permits; authorizes possession of nonindigenous saltwater species for aquaculture or scientific purposes & possession of saltwater species for experimental, scientific & exhibitional purposes; requires crawfish reports by dealers during closed season & provides penalties, etc. Amends Ch. 370.
